Shipping Process
Once you've placed your order, our team of art enthusiasts will spring into action. We aim to process all orders within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email to let you know that we've received your order and are getting it ready to ship.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-set shipping rates to various parts of the world. Please note that if you choose untracked shipping, we won't be able to provide an estimated delivery time. You can find all the shipping rates and options on our Cart and Checkout pages. We've made it easy for you to choose the best option for your artistic needs.
In-store Pickup (or Not)
As much as we'd love to have you visit our shop, we're an online-only store. So, unfortunately, in-store pickup isn't an option. But hey, never say never! In the most extreme case, if you really, really, really want to pick up your order in person, reach out to us directly, and we'll see what we can do. We love surprises!
Tracking Your Order
We want you to be as excited as a kid in a candy store when your order is on its way. That's why we'll send you an email notification once your order has shipped. This email will include a tracking number (if you chose tracked shipping) and other juicy details for you to keep an eye on your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you've chosen tracked shipment and it's been 21 days since you received your shipping confirmation email without receiving your order, don't panic! Just drop us a line at shop@tinywatercolorart.com with your name and order number, and we'll dive into the situation for you.
